Cancellation & Refund Policy
Ice-cream is perishable, so here is exactly how cancellations and refunds work.

Cancelling an order
- You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched by WhatsApp or phone, for a full refund.
- Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled because the product is perishable.
Returns
Being a frozen food product, we cannot accept returns of delivered items.
When we refund or replace
- Your order arrives damaged, melted, or with a wrong item.
- Your order is not delivered.
- We cancel your order for any reason.
Please tell us within 2 hours of delivery, with a photo, on WhatsApp. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
